O’Kid Organic Noodles are made from organically grown wheat by adapting the Japanese air dry ramen technology (steam) without frying. The organic  ingredients and processes, along with  natural spices, give it a superb delicate ramen taste, with no additives and preservative added. Suitable for all, including children.

 Rich in starch, protein, fat, minerals, calcium, iron, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin and vitamin A. Commercial instant noodle has gelatinized starch and uses the frying method for dehydration. During the frying process, antioxidant agent may add in to prevent changes in noodle taste.  Fried starch food may contain Acrylamide. This substance might cause health problems such heart disease and cancer. Commercial soup packs are generally made up of palm oil (semi solid form), taste agent and MSG. Biogreen O’ Kid Organic Noodle is made up of vegetable oil (not dehydrogenated palm oil), organic soya sauce and do not contain any chemical additive, artificial colouring and flavouring.

 Noodle lovers, office meals, those with who have digestive problem, adults and children.

 Place 300ml of water in a pot and bring to boiling point. Add noodles, vegetables, other ingredients and cook for 4 minutes. Remove from heat, mix in soup paste and serve hot.

 Stay in cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

 Products received are at least 6 months from expiry date due to the absence of artificial preservatives.
