Favorite Recipe: Blueberry Muffins Recipes: Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter 2 eggs 2 cups flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/4 cups sugar 1/2 cup milk 2 tsp. baking powder 1 1/2 cups Wild Blueberry Premium Spread or Wild Blueberry Just Fruit Spread Directions: Preheat oven to 375°F and grease muffin tins. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time and mix until blended. Add dry ingredients alternating with milk. Mix in blueberry spread. Fill muffin tins high and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
