In the ethnic language Sundanese,"ci" means water, while "herang" means clear. Like clear water, this variety is regarded as a necessity of life and a staple for the Sundanese. Ciherang's light anf fluffy texture makes it a versatile choice for many dishes, particularly for Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines. *Available in brown and white varieties
