Day 1: Upon arising drink 8 ounces of distilled water

leftover food and digestive juices. Within 1 hour prepare one of the following Morning Drinks: 
Juice of Polenghi 50ml organic lemon juice
Rabenhorst 11 plus 11 fruit juice, 750ml 
16 to 32 ounces of Distilled Water
A pinch of Cayenne Pepper
1Tablespoon Maple Syrup to Taste
Drink this day for 5 days, everyday in morning.
15 minutes after this drink, consume ½ cups of hot peppermint Tea with 1 teaspoon of Organic Leatherwood honey. Brew peppermint tea with hot water in a cup, sieve the leaves, drink only the tea of it. Drink again before bed.
Drink this drink for 5 days , in the morning ½ cup everyday after the morning drinks and ½ cup before bed.
To summarize, you have to drink 1 glass of distilled water on empty stomach, then when breakfast drink the morning drinks recipe, after 15 minutes drink ½ cups of hot peppermint tea. As for before go to bed everyday, drink ½ cups of hot peppermint tea as well.

Eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner as usual, skip supper, meat and dairy foods.

Day #4 
Purely fast on fruits only for breakfast, lunch and dinner, choose any 6 types of fruits as diet, recommended papaya, pineapple, honeydew, apple, banana and watermelon.

Day #5
Eat your breakfast, lunch and dinner as usual, skip supper, meat and dairy foods.
Eat more cereals ,vegetables and fruits.

Day #6
Back to your normal diet.
