This organic virgin coconut oil is cold pressed extracts from fresh coconuts and is trans fat and cholesterol free. It has high smoke point 360oF (182oC) and contains 65.1% of MCT (Medium Chain Triglycerides) as well as 50.6% of Lauric Fatty Acids. It can be consume orally or used as dressing to boost body defense system and body stamina.
