Tri-colour Quinoa is specially mixed to combine white, red and black quinoa for the optimum nutrients. These tiny but highly nutritious grains are the excellent source of protein as they contain all the eight essential amino acids in a balanced pattern that no other grains have. Besides, they are also rich in iron, calcium and phosphorus. Being a gluten free and easily digestible grain, tri-colour Organic Quinoa is an ideal healthy addition to anyone’s dish.

*Black & Red Quinoa are originated from the red plant.

 

Basic cooking instruction:

Cook a cup of quinoa in a pot of boiling water (2 cups). Cover the pot and cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes until water is completely absorbed. Remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes. Serve quinoa as like serving rice.
