Ingredient : Chilies, Turmeric, Galangal, Lemon Grass, Garlic, Onions, Shrimp paste, Vegetable Oil, Tamarind, Salt, Sugar & Khatam Flower. 

Preparation : 600gm Fish / Seafood Stir fry Curry Paste with sliced onion until fragrant using medium heat. Pour in 250ml water. Stir well. Bring the mixture to boil before adding seafood & lady finger. When almost done add sliced tomatoes and khatam flowers .Mix in 80ml tamarind juice if necessary. Add sugar and salt to taste. Serve with mint leaves. Serving Suggestion : 3~6 servings Ramuan : Cili, Kunyit, Lengkuas, Serai, Belacan, Minyak Sayuran, Asam, Garam, Gula, Bawang Putih & Merah. Cara Hidangan : 600gm Ikan / Makanan Laut Panaskan kuali dan minyak masak. Tumiskan potongan bawang besar dengan api sederhana. Campurkan perencah, makanan laut kemudian bendi, bunga kari dan tomato. Tambah 250ml air. Jika perlu tambah 80ml air asam. Hidangkan dengan daun pudina. Cadangan Hidangan : 3~6 orang.
